Participant Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration for membership, program participation, and activities of ELIKA—whether on-site at ELIKA facilities or off-site at an affiliated location—I, on behalf of myself, my household members under the age of 18, and any personal representatives, heirs, or next of kin, hereby acknowledge, agree, and represent that I have inspected, or will immediately upon entering or participating inspect, such premises, facilities, and programs. I accept the same as being safe and reasonably suited for my participation.

Release from Liability

ELIKA is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Members must:
🚫 Avoid discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or background.
🚫 Refrain from using hate speech, bullying, or offensive language.

🚫 Encourage diversity, equality, and mutual respect in all interactions.

🚫 ELIKA is a smoke-free facility. This includes interior and exterior spaces. This policy

also applies to smokeless and electronic cigarettes – they are not permitted.

🚫 Respecting the property of others; never engaging in theft or destruction.

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and ethical behavior required from all members of ELIKA and guests. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold these standards to maintain a respectful, professional, and safe community.

All members must:

• Act with integrity, honesty, and respect towards others.

• Follow all rules and policies set by ELIKA.

• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior.

• Represent the association positively and professionally.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive or privileged information.

Agreement to Support Mission and Policies

I agree to cooperate with others in supporting the mission, goals, and objectives of Enduring Love International Kingdom Association (ELIKA) and to abide by the policies and procedures set forth by the Association’s leadership.

Professionalism & Ethical Behavior

Members must:

• Adhere to high ethical standards when engaging with fellow members, employees, or external partners.

• Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential ethical concerns.

• Use organization resources responsibly and only for intended purposes.

Safety and Access

I understand that ELIKA is committed to maintaining a safe environment in alignment with child safety and community best practices. All visitors and members may be subject to ID verification and/or safety screenings as deemed necessary by ELIKA leadership. Access to ELIKA facilities, programs, and services may be revoked at any time for policy violations, unsafe conduct, or failure to meet membership requirements.

Compliance with Laws & Regulations

All members are required to:

• Follow all policies and procedures outlined by ELIKA.

• Ensure that any business or networking activities comply with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Processing payments securely

• Sending updates, newsletters, and event invitations
  Your data will not be used for any unauthorized purposes or sold to third parties.

I agree that my consent is irrevocable. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue ELIKA, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, agents, or affiliates from any claims, actions, lawsuits, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including observation, facility use, or program attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

ELIKA is a recognized 508(c)(1)(A) by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. All donations and gifts are considered tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by IRS regulations.
